József Török-award

The purpuse of the awards is to honor final year students of any master programs of the Faculty of Medicine with outstanding scientific and academic achievements. The awards will be presented at the diploma ceremony. Application form can be dowloaded from here: https://oetdk.unideb.hu/en/for-students/downloadable-documents in word format. These should be filled with computer, then printed, signed and scanned (or as good quality picture) placed in a single pdf file together with the attachments must be sent via e-mail to tdk@med.unideb.hu
 
Application MUST contain all the following documents (if exist):
  • a certificate about the the fact of conducted scientific activity of the applicant issued by the head of Department/Clinic,
  • proof of all scientific activities and achievements (in extenso publication, abstracts) except SSA ones, photocopies of academic achievements and conference presentations
  • photocopies of language exams,
  • a copy of the index, certified by the registrar’s office.
  • details of SSA research essays of the applicant (title, authors, year of acceptance)
  • details of all (local SSA conference of Debrecen or other Universities, national SSA conference) SSA presentations of the applicant (title, author, year, name of presenter if not the same as the first author)
  • list and details of in extenso publications (authors, title, name, year, volume, first and last page of journal)
  • details of conference presentations of the applicant (title, authors, name, place and date of conference, link of abstract publication and name of presenter if not the same as the first author)
  • conference posters (title, authors, name, place and date of conference)
  • number of semesters done as Undergraduate teaching assistance or Pongrác Endes scholarship
  • language exams (type, language, date of issue)
  • grade point average of all semesters
  • any other academic and scientific achievements
  • community service (eg. MOE, SSA ISU).
