The Weszprémi Award is open to all graduating medical students of the University of Debrecen, Faculty of Medicine. The József Török Award is open to graduating students of the University of Debrecen, Faculty of Medicine, in any of the master programmes. The aim of the call is to acknowledge students who have demonstrated outstanding academic activity and achievements. The students will be awarded during the graduation ceremony. Applications must include a printed word document downloaded from the SRS website (https://oetdk.unideb.hu/en/downloadable-documents), filled in electronically and then signed by the applicant, by 16th May 2025. (The signed document should be given to Zsuzsa Barta, TDT administrator, Dean's Office, Registrars Ofiice, room 103). The complete application (including the scanned application form) must be submitted electronically to the following e-mail address: tdk@med.unideb.hu
A scanned copy of each of the following documents must be attached to the application:
- a certificate from the Head of the Department/Clinic confirming the student's SRS activity,
- a copy of all publications (in extenso publications, abstracts), except for SRS presentations, a copy of the scientific or academic achievements (e.g. academic competitions), or in case of conference participation, preferably a copy of the relevant part of the conference proceedings,
- copy of language certificate(s),
- a copy of the index certified by the Registrars Office.
Applications must include the following information:
- the titles, authors and year of acceptance of the SRS student reserach assays
- the titles, authors, year of presentation and name of the presenter (if different from the first author) of the SRS presentations (local SRS conference, local SRS conference of another university, national SRS conference)
- list of in extenso publications (authors, title of publication, name of journal, volume, page number, year of publication)
- conference presentations given by the student (authors, title of presentation, conference title, date, place, name of the presenter if different from the first author)
- congress posters (authors, title, conference title, date, place)
- time of undergraduate teaching assistant (UTA) activity in semesters
- language exams (type, language, date obtained)
- academic record for all semesters
- other scientific achievements (e.g. academic competitions)
- community service activities
