The rules for the preparation and evaluation of SRS research essays have been updated. From 1 September 2024, please prepare and upload your research essays to the electronic research essay system accordingly. A plagiarism declaration must also be attached to the research essay as a mandatory content element!The updated documents are available at the links below:

SRS research essay submission in 2024/25 academic year
ATTENTION! The average review time for SRS research essays in the past academic year was 54 days (IQR = 39-66 days), which we kindly ask you to consider when planning your submission timing! For GRADUATING students, we recommend submitting the SRS research essay (along with the signed cover page) no later than the following dates:

The SRS research essay must be submitted ONLY in the electronic uploading system (http://tdk.lib.unideb.hu). After uploading, the front-end generated by the electronic system shall be signed by the Head of Department, SRS advisor and supervisor(s) and submitted to the SRS administrator (Zsuzsa Barta, Education Office 103) before the above deadlines. The SRS research essay is only considered to be submitted and the evaluation process starts when the signed front page is also submitted.
